South Beach

South Beach Weligama is a beachfront mixed-use development in the coastal town of Weligama, on Sri Lanka's southern shore, comprising apartments above a public-facing ground floor and mezzanine. These lower levels form the project's social heart, housing its signature F&B, lobby and amenity offer and opening the building to visitors as well as residents.

Copper Beech engaged as F&B and operational consultant across the development stage, advising on the operational design of the ground floor and mezzanine, the appointment of an F&B operator and supporting consultants, in addition to the marketing collateral required to take the project to market.
